Resorts World Genting - First World Hotel is situated 51 km from Kuala Lumpur and is directly connected to Sky Avenue Lifestyle mall with a variety of outlets and Genting Casino.
Rooms are well equipped with satellite TVs, international direct dial telephones and a fan to complement the cool mountain air. Tea and coffee making facilities and a safety deposit box are provided.
For business and conference options, a grand banquet hall with a 2,500 seat capacity and conference rooms are available. Self check-in kiosks and WiFi access are available at the lobby area.
Lobby Café serves local Malaysian favouritesthroughout the day. For a drink or two and live music, guests can head to The Patio Bar and Lounge.
First World Hotel is 1.5 hours by bus from Kuala Lumpur. A cable car ride from Genting Skyway Station takes 11 minutes and a further 10 minutes on foot.
The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied toforeign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the persons ID and credit card.
Please note that early check-in before 15:00 is subject to availability and will incur a surcharge upon confirmation.
Rooms are assigned by an automated system based on room category. For special requests please note that a surcharge is applicable for each request at the express self-service kiosk at the property.
WiFi vouchers can be purchased from the information counter at the lobby.
Please note that the guest doing the check-in must be at least 18 years old. Guests are required to settle the full amount of their stay, 7 days before their arrival at the hotel to secure the booking.

From the 1st January 2023, Please note :
All cleaned and sanitized hotel rooms will be sealed and stickered with a door seal before guest check-in.
Hotel will suspend daily housekeeping service to minimize the risk of cross-contamination.
However, Hotel will still provide a quick daily trash removal service. If guest stay is extended, room will automatically receive a complete cleaning service on the fourth day of their extended stay.
Effective 1st March 2022, a Sustainability Fee of RM3 per room day will be imposed in accordance with the Hotel (Pahang) Regulation 2021. This charge will be collected upon check-in.

1. Eufloria Gardens & Sculpture Park entry for one day only from 10am to 6pm.
2. Park closes on every Wednesday and Thursday except Malaysia Public Holidays and School Holidays.
3. Confirmation of the package is subject to room availability
4. Refund will not be issued if the package is cancelled or unutilized
5. The front office will issueentitlements to the guests upon check-in
6. Guests are required to produce a printed email confirmation for entry to Eufloria Gardens & Sculpture Park
7. The Management reserves the right to alter, amend, or add to these conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior.

1. Genting SkyWay operating hours is from 9 to 7pm.
2. Guests are required to produce a printed email confirmation to ticketing counter to exchange for a physical ticket before to scan the QR code at the turnstile for direct boarding.
3.guest(s) must retain their confirmation email(s) or confirmation via Booking APP for inspection.
4. The confirmation email is strictly non-transferable, not for sale or exchange and non-refundable under any circumstances, including external factors beyond our reasonable control (e.g. haze, inclement weather, governmental acts, acts of God, riots or strikes) and will be void if altered, defaced or tampered.
